Due to Texas Cottage Food Law, any order containing edible/perishable elements (such as Sensory Workshop Lab canvases or custom sensory parties) must be personally delivered or picked up. We cannot ship food items via third-party carriers. Local services are available within a 50-mile radius of McKinney, TX.

Digital Products & Session Seats
Because of the immediate nature of digital downloads and the strictly limited capacity of our live cohort sessions, all sales on digital PDFs, digital templates, and Sensory Workshop Lab™ seats are final and non-refundable.
Physical Journals & Canvas Panels
Unused and unopened journals or signature canvas panels may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us to initiate a return verification.
