Texas Cottage Food Law
As a Texas cottage food production operation, we are required by state law to personally deliver all food products directly to the consumer. We cannot use third-party shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
Local Delivery Only
- Service Area: Within a 50-mile radius of McKinney, TX.
- Delivery Schedule: Typically Thursdays between 1 PM and 5 PM.
- Delivery Fee: Flat rate of $25. Free delivery for orders over $100.
Pickup
We will coordinate a specific pickup time with you after your order is confirmed.
Returns & Refunds
All Sales Are Final
Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for food items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order is damaged during our delivery or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@thegildedspoonshoppe.com with photos within 24 hours.
Cancellations
We can only accommodate cancellation requests made within 24 hours of placing the order, as we begin ingredient preparation shortly after.
